Content on the Site — including class descriptions, schedules, and offers — is provided for general information and may change without notice. Offers such as the free first session and free-months promotion are subject to availability and in-gym confirmation.
Training involves risk
Martial arts and fitness training are physical activities that carry inherent risk of injury. Content on this Site is not medical advice; consult a physician before starting any training program. Participation in classes requires completing our in-gym waiver and enrollment agreement, which govern over anything on this Site.
Intellectual property
The Aces name, logo, and Site content belong to Aces Jiu Jitsu Club or its licensors. Don't reuse them without written permission.
Third-party links & embeds
The Site may embed maps, videos, and links to third-party services; we're not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aces Jiu Jitsu Club is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program: Aces Jiu Jitsu Club SMS, operated by Aces Jiu Jitsu Club International, LLC.
What you'll receive: There are two programs, each with its own opt-in checkbox on our website. (1) Reminders and customer care: trial class booking confirmations, class reminders, rescheduling links, and replies to your questions. (2) Promotions: class promotions and membership offers.
Opt-in: You opt in by checking the relevant SMS consent checkbox on our website form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies. Reminders: up to 5 messages per booked class. Promotions: up to 4 messages per month.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT also work.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
