Ty Strang is a BJJ Black Belt and National Champion under Professor Mikal, with proven results coaching both kids and adults in BJJ and Muay Thai.
A lifelong martial artist, Ty has trained around the globe — after living in Taiwan, China, Ukraine, and across the U.S., his background spans Sambo, catch wrestling, Muay Thai, and MMA.
His classes are famously high-energy, and his mission is simple: enrich his community through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, one student at a time.
