Sarah Abraham is an Austin-raised regional champion Purple Belt, BJJ coach, and lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin.
She discovered BJJ on a whim during her fencing off-season and rose quickly, collecting multiple NAGA and IBJJF gold medals along the way.
Sarah leads Aces' Women's Self Defense efforts, seminars, and events, and loves the mental and tactical side of the sport — the leverage-based physics that let technique beat strength. She teaches from an intellectual, self-defense-aware perspective.
