Most real assaults end up in grabs, holds, or on the ground — exactly where Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu works best. BJJ was built so a smaller person can control and escape a larger attacker using leverage and mechanics, not strength. That’s why it’s the foundation of our women’s self-defense program: techniques you can rely on, not theatrics.

You’ll learn to protect yourself from common grabs, create distance, get back to your feet, and get away — skills drilled calmly and repeatedly until they’re yours.
