What is Muay Thai?
Striking that actually works
Muay Thai is Thailand’s national sport and the most complete striking art in the world — it uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins, plus clinch work to control an opponent standing. It’s the striking base of choice for MMA fighters, and one of the best workouts you can do: footwork, power, timing, and conditioning in every round.
At Aces you’ll learn proper technique from day one — how to hold your guard, move, strike, and defend — on pads and partner drills that match your level. Sparring is always optional and always controlled.
