Fitness Kickboxing at Aces is a high-energy, full-body workout built on real Muay Thai and kickboxing technique — punches and kicks on pads and heavy bags, with combinations that keep your brain engaged while your body works. You’ll burn serious calories, build coordination and power, and pick up legitimate striking skills along the way.
There is no sparring required, ever. You work with pads, bags, and a coach who scales every round to your level — from first-time-in-a-gym to seasoned athlete.
